The Center on Wisconsin Strategy (COWS) has launched the 2020 edition of their “State of Working Wisconsin” report that tracks the ongoing economic indicators of the COVID-19 crisis in the state. This year’s research took a new approach since there was the unprecedented unfolding of the pandemic, economic crisis, and protests again racial injustice.
