Pamela Oliver comments on Income Gap

This week Pam Oliver, Professor Emerita, was featured in WalletHub’s recent piece about States with the Highest Wealth Gaps by Race/Ethnicity.  Oliver explains “income inequality has increased sharply and the increase is due to rising income in the top 1%, which has very few Black or Hispanic people in it.” She also replies to questions about entrepreneurship programs for minorities and public policy to curb income inequality.
