Congratulations to Chad Goldberg on his appointment as Martindale-Bascom Professor! This honor acknowledges Goldberg’s scholarly contributions to the University and will support his research for the next five years.
In addition to being a faculty member in the Department of Sociology, Goldberg is affiliated with the Center for German and European Studies, the George L. Mosse/Laurence A. Weinstein Center for Jewish Studies, and the George L. Mosse Program in History at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He specializes in social theory, comparative-historical sociology, and political sociology.
