Congratulations to John Eason, Associate Professor of 
Sociology, for being selected for a 2020 UW-Madison Exceptional Service Award. In addition to his high level of research and creative productivity, John has served as a mentor to graduate students, particularly students of color. He has also demonstrated a strong commitment to improving the culture and climate of the Department of Sociology. This award recognizes and honors John’s dedication and service.
