Benny Witkovsky, a Sociology graduate student, is the guest speaker at “Forward? The Wisconsin Idea, Past and Present” free lecture series on Tuesday October 22 from 6:00pm – 7:15pm in the Benetic-Biotechnology Center Building, 425 Henry Mall, Room 1111. His talk is titled “The Local Periphery: Small Cities and the Politics of Exclusion.”
