Interest Areas
Organizations and Occupations; Gender, Work and Family; Experimental Methods
My research examines how organizational systems that appear neutral on paper produce unequal outcomes in practice. I use both quantitative and qualitative methods, with a particular interest in experimental approaches, to study parental leave, algorithmic hiring, and how different forms of work are valued and distributed within households and workplaces.
