The book Democratizing the Corporation: The Bicameral Firm and Beyond has been awarded the 2025 William Foote Whyte and Kathleen King Whyte Book Prize. Joel Rogers is one of the book’s editors, along with Isabelle Ferreras and Tom Malleson. The book is party of the Real Utopias Project, a part of the Havens Wright Center for Social Justice that expands on the work by the late Erik Olin Wright.
