The ASA Sociology of Education section selected the paper “Suspended Attitudes: Exclusion and Emotional Disengagement from School” by Jaymes Pyne for Honorable Mention for the David Lee Stevenson Best Graduate Student Paper. Pyne worked as a Research Assistant from 2016 – Spring 2019 at the Madison Education Partnership.
